Here is a beautiful vintage possibly antique vessel and would make one nice "shelf queen" or functional sailor in the right hands. My understanding is that this boat was a free sailor  - launch and then go retrieve it wherever it ends up, when it was not being displayed as a "shelf queen."
Hull is in nice condition given the age. Some minor signs of storage such as a small paint chip(s) on the white portion of the hull paint is present and can be seen in the photos.
Overall height is approximately 57 inches Tall from bottom of keel to top of mast.  Hull length is approximately 41.5 inches. Includes custom made stand  and 2 sails.
CONDITIONAL CONSIDERATIONS:
Mast and one boom have some issues / damage. The main mast is broken in half  - the break is clean and the mast can be
erected
if the pieces are put back together - new owner will have to glue/repair/ replace if they desire (see picture for reference). The, I believe it to be the  "jibb boom" I could be wrong, is also broken basically in half but still connected, it appears that it may possible had some glue applied at one time in the past - see photos for details.
One of the 4 wood battens in the main sail is broken in half the other 3 are intact. Sails appear to be cotton and are an off white color which I presume is a result of time and water staining from tannins in the water if the boat was sailed in the past, but you be the judge. Rigging may possibly need some attention — as it appears to be pretty old. Some of the rigging looks original, and it is braided wire, which is finished with a fine wire wrapping to secure the ends and the other is a nylon like "white" string which does not appear original... see pictures and you can judge.
The wood on the hull looks very good. The white hull paint is also in good condition with a few minor imperfection such a paint chip here and there mainly from the vessel most likely being placed in and out of the wood stand as this is were the majority of the marks are located  - see pictures for details of chips.
The keel is weighted and there is a line crack in the paint where the keel meets/fuses to the hull  - see photo. Rudder has some paint wear located on the vertical shaft that connect and holds the rudder to the hull - (see photos for details).
I have also included some photos of the interior of the hull which helps show the interior construction which I was told is a "bread and butter" construction but please come to your own conclusion, as I know the basics but I am not an expert on the topic.
All the things mention above besides
the mast and boom damage
are minor and would be expected with an item of its age and function but need to be mentions so that there are no surprises for the buyer.  I have not made any attempt to alter or fix anything.
Sold as you see her.
Boat floats as you would expect a sail boat to float.
