ROYAL COPENHAGEN Blue Fluted Plain Large Oval Tureen 1 / 432 Denmark - No Lid

Description

Up for bid is a second quality large oval tureen in the pattern called “Blue Fluted Plain”.  This pattern was made by Royal Copenhagen of Denmark.  It does not come with a lid. The piece stands about 4 5/8” tall to the rim.  It has an approximate length of 12 1/4” and a width of 8 1/4”.  The bottom is marked Royal Copenhagen along with the shape number 1 over 432.
It has been hand washed for your immediate use.
There are no chips, cracks, crazing or repairs.
The underside of both handles have small as made voids that happened during firing.
When inspected under bright light, the surfaces are clean with light signs of use.
There is no staining or discoloration and the decoration is in wonderful condition with no wear.
