    Description

    Up for auction is this large and great Royal Copenhagen Denmark Plain Fluted Lace 16 inch long X 12 1/2 inch wide Plain Fluted Lace oval serving platter.  The very large piece has  a Royal Copenhagen stock # 1/347.  It has the rare, early Royal Copenhagen green crown "DANMARK" logo, which dates the piece from 1894-1900.  Also marked "1/347" and "2  WZ" for the factory, artist and stock numbers.  It is marked, in blue, with the Royal Copenhagen three line mark with NO SLASHES, indicating a 1st Quality piece!!    The piece is highlighted by the highly sought after Royal Copenhagen plain lace blue and white pattern.  The edge is trimmed in blue.  The outer circumference has a textured fluted design.  The piece does have a chip on the underside (see last picture) but no cracks or crazing.  Colors are clear and bright.   All offered with NO RESERVE!!
