The Infinitely Tweakable Fuzz Pedal
When you get the Source Audio Kingmaker Fuzz pedal, you've got three wide-ranging fuzz types to explore — and that's just the start. Using the free Neuro Editor app, you'll be able to tap into over 40 fuzz, distortion, and overdrive engines, plus a staggering number of deep parameters to tweak. In other words, the Kingmaker Fuzz pedal can be whatever kind of grit box you need. Out of the box, you get a searing lead fuzz tone, a dynamic fuzz that cleans up with your volume knob, and a vintage-style octave fuzz effect. Where you take the Source Audio Kingmaker Fuzz pedal from there is up to you.
Right out of the box, the Kingmaker Fuzz pedal delivers three distinctive fuzz types — the icing on the cake is Source Audio's Neuro Editor software. Available for your smartphone as well as your desktop computer, Neuro takes you inside the pedal's powerful 56-bit Sigma DSP and allows you to fine-tune all sorts of parameters, as well as selecting from over 40 fuzz, distortion, and overdrive engines. Once you've created your ideal effects, you can save up to three of them on the Kingmaker Fuzz pedal for instant recall, without ever having to open the editor again.

We ship by FedEx or USPS. We usually ship the same business day if the order is received before 3:00 P.M. EST. No orders are processed or shipped on Saturdays or Sundays. Two day shipment service generally excludes Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays. Ground service delivery days are Tuesday-Saturday for home delivery, Monday-Friday for commercial addresses.

In the event your shipment is delayed by adverse weather, we apologize and thank you for your patience, but please note that shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable. If an item arrives to you with a factory defect that is unusual, report that defect within 30 days of your purchase date and we will arrange to replace it at no cost to you...we will cover both return shipping and replacement shipping to you.

If you are not satisfied with any product, you may return it for a refund of the purchase price within 30 days (60 for Bose). If your purchase was eligible for Free Shipping, the shipping cost can be deducted from your credit or refund. Returns must be in the complete and
original
packaging with all accessories and complete documentation (Owner's Manual, warranty card, quick start guides, etc.), show no signs of wear or use, and include a Return Authorization number or be subject to a restocking fee.
Defective Product Received: In the unlikely event you receive a product that appears defective, please contact us. If, during the first 30 days after you receive the product, we determine that it is defective, we will arrange, at our expense, for a pick up of the product and a replacement of the product.
Service for products after 30 days of receipt (60 for Bose) -- Please contact the manufacturer directly to locate an authorized service center.
Unopened Merchandise may be returned within 30 days of receipt for credit less our initial shipping cost (even if the product was shipped under a free shipping promotion.) An RMA must be obtained (see Important Policies/Procedures for All Returns below.) Customer is responsible for costs of shipping back to us. It must be sent insured and by a traceable means (e.g., UPS) Sorry, we cannot accept COD or freight collect shipments.

Damaged/Lost Shipments: If your shipment (i.e., outer box) arrives damaged, you must note the damage on the carrier's delivery record in accordance with the carrier's policy. Save the merchandise in the original box and packing it arrived in, and notify us immediately to arrange for a carrier inspection and pick up of damaged merchandise.

Please contact us to obtain an RMA (returned merchandise authorization) number.
Please write the RA number on the shipping label and NOT on the product box itself
Items must be returned in the condition they were received, including all accessories, documentation and packaging materials
If your package was originally shipped double-boxed, please return the unit(s) double-boxed
When repacking the product box, avoid using duct tape or other adhesives that can leave a residue
Please use a shipping method that is trackable, such as FedEx or UPS
Remember that if your order was shipped for free under our free shipping promo, the cost of outbound shipping will be deducted from your return credit
We recommend that you insure your package when shipping back to us. Sometimes things get damaged en route, and if that happens, we want you to be covered
