Nice preowned condition, surface wear and patina typical of age and use.
The copper tip looks to have been only used a handful of times.
Tested with a convertor and the unit heats up fine,
European style

lug marked with 250V and marked with 17 kopeks.
The soldering unit and plug were separately priced components so the difference in max voltage makes sense in this context.
The body marked with 220V and the price of 1 ruble and 80 kopeks, there is also what looks like a lot number and '69 for the year.
